1. You need to pay first before I actually begin drawing your commission and no refunds.2. If you want the commission to be a specific size, PLEASE mention that in your request.3. Since I have to balance study alongside commissions, it might take a bit depending on the commission. However waiting for a commission will not take longer than a few weeks4.
